Fairview Bass Lake Clinic LEED Project - Maple Grove, MN

Work at the Fairview Bass Lake Clinic was completed using LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) construction practices — certification was achieved during the spring of 2007.

The Bass Lake Clinic was the first of Fairview’s three new medical facilities to open in the Maple Grove area. The new construction of this LEED certified primary care facility was completed in less than 4 months.
