Byerly’s - Wines & Spirits - Burnsville, MN

Carlson-LaVine along with the Lund Food Holdings project management team transformed an existing restaurant into “Bylerly’s Wines and Spirits.” The project resulted in a new seating area that is used as a pit-stop for grocery shoppers and coffee drinkers. It also added an entirely new liquor store complete with a 380 SF beer cooler, a wine chiller and 1,600 SF of merchandise space. The store a took on a new look with the construction of the new façade. Carlson-LaVine was eager to meet challenges such as keeping the store operating at full capacity during the parking lot renovation. Our solution was to rent golf carts. Byerly’s employees were able to drive shoppers to and from their cars, load groceries and interact with customers all while major construction was occurring. Forward thinking and creative solutions of the site superintendent and project team allowed for the project to be completed successfully.
