Highland Grill - St. Paul, MN

Eating at the Highland Grill only got better after we worked with the owner and architect to design and renovate its interior, utilizing fast track construction for limited duration closure. The Highland Grill, located in the heart of the Highland Village in St. Paul, Minnesota, had to close its doors only eight of the twelve weeks of construction. Even without adding any additional square footage we both increased seating capacity and added a breakfast bar.
