In a full-service remodel of Fairview RidgeValley Clinic, Carlson-LaVine gave the clinic a new look and created additional services to the existing patient base by adding a Drive-Thru Pharmacy.

In Carlson-LaVine’s efforts to provide sustainable solutions; the rain garden incorporates a LEED aspect onto the existing site as a strategic solution to capture rain water and promote bio-filtration. The rain garden collects rain water and allows it to be absorbed by the land within the site. Through well-planned construction and innovative green strategies, Fairview and Carlson-LaVine have opened a beautiful and comfortable location for many medical functions.
