With a vision for real estate and their eyes on a new market, Fairview Health Services teamed up with Carlson-LaVine, Inc. to open a brand new medical facility in Savage, MN. Designed by BDH & Young, the clinic is complete with 7,000 SF of clinic space and 3,000 SF of space devoted to the Institute for Athletic Medicine. The clinic was designed with the patient in mind, BDH and Young designed both beauty and infrastructure to provide the patient their every need. Carlson-LaVine followed through with 11,000 SF of meticulous craftsmanship to assure both visual and functional satisfaction. Currently the design is being submitted for LEED Certification. Every design decision was backed by a green vision. Once LEED Certification is complete, this will be the second LEED certified venture that the team at Carlson-LaVine has completed with Fairview. Carlson-LaVine, Inc. is proud to have our name behind another successful ground-up project. And all in under 7 months of construction.
