Environmental Design drove this project. All aspects of this project including; mechanical, electrical and finish design, put emphasis on exceeding the needs of Hanes Brands while achieving LEED certification. Carlson-LaVine, alongside the owner and design team, researched and procured materials that would make for a greener project. Everything from the acoustical ceiling tiles to carpet, was selected with LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) as a priority. Working integrally with the design team, helped transform two former skyscraper vacancies into one environmentally conscious working environment.
