Carlson-LaVine was called in Thanksgiving morning when a pipe froze and flooded the facility. We immediately dispatched crews to stabilize and plan a renovation schedule with the owner and insurance companies. We pride ourselves on keeping owners in operation during construction. Although the main facility was unable to be used, Carlson-LaVine teamed up with a local real estate broker and found a vacated dental office within 3 miles. We had a temporary practice completed in two weeks while keeping the main project schedule intact.
