Hennepin County Youth Crisis Center

This 16,000-square-foot project involved construction of a new stabilization center serving youth ages 8–17 with complex mental health needs. The facility includes a 13-bed behavioral health crisis center with patient rooms, day and dining spaces, a kitchen, dens, staff support areas, and an activity room with access to an outdoor recreation area. This build-out enhances crisis intervention capacity through anti-ligature design and calming, patient-centered spaces.
