Ridges Behavioral Health Expansion

Carlson-LaVine completed a 6,000-square-foot Emergency Department Behavioral Health addition at M Health Fairview Ridges Hospital in Burnsville. Delivered in carefully phased construction within an active hospital, the project added 8 specialized behavioral health rooms, including two flexible swing rooms, along with a renovated registration desk and expanded waiting area. The addition enhances crisis intervention capacity through anti-ligature design and calming, patient-centered spaces.
