The new Hiway Credit Union building in Roseville is a 2-story building that has a main level of approximately 9,410 sf and an upper level of approximately 7,625 sf. The main level includes the Credit Union (approx. 7,035 sf); a coffee shop (approx. 1,660 sf); and a business center (approx. 700 sf). The upper level includes an employee breakroom, restrooms, mechanical room, and future growth space. The Credit Union has a 3-lane drive-up canopy on the north side of the building; the coffee shop has a 1-lane drive-up on the south side of the building.
